Our Production Process

Our tiles are produced through a unique extrusion process where the tile is formed out of a malleable mixture of clay and water which is pushed under pressure through a mouth-piece and then automatically cut to the desired length in a continuous process. Once fired in a kiln at temperatures above 1200 Celsius, the result is a more beautiful, extremely hard-wearing, eco-friendly as well as a highly economical tile.
